FREE RETURNS FOR UK AND IRELAND ONLY.
Should you wish to return the goods, you can do it within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us on email@example.com for us to provide you the return address.
The products which you return should be in its original condition, re-sealable and without any stains. If you would like a refund, your money will be refunded only after we have recieved the product back.
If you consider a product to be defective, damaged or faulty prior to use, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of your purchase(s). Once the products are back and we have had an opportunity to inspect them, we will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 28 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method of payment originally used when placing your order. In the cases of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. if we agreed to send you a replacement product, there will be no delivery charge.
Cancelling your order
If you would like to cancel your order before you have received your goods, please contact us as soon as possible by email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can attempt to stop delivery. If your order has already been dispatched then you will have to send it back to us. LOVE4ALL will pay the postage for the return and after we recieve the product, we will give you a full refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
We offer exchange, provided the size or style you want is available. There will be no delivery cost for the new product we sent out to you. LOVE4ALL will also pay the postage for returning the product which you want to exchange. Only after we recieve the product that needs to be exchanged, will we send out the new product.
